Eligibility & Registration Requirements
To register and place bets on Bajiway, the following eligibility requirements must be met. Failure to meet these conditions will prevent registration, and any account created in violation may be subject to termination.
Age Restriction
Minimum age requirement: 18 years. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use Bajiway. We may request a copy of a National ID or passport to verify age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.
Location
Bajiway primarily serves users based in Bangladesh. Accounts may not be created or used from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law. Accessing the platform from a restricted region via VPN or proxy will be treated as a violation of these terms.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, payment method, or identity document is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Bajiway does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their standard transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply strictly to all bets placed on Bajiway. They are designed for the benefit of both users and the platform.
Bet Validity
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via cash-out).
- If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Bajiway reserves the right to void that bet.
- Any pre-match bet accepted after a match has kicked off will be considered void.
Odds & Payouts
- All odds are displayed in decimal format.
- Payout = Bet Amount × Odds
- For multiple bets (parlay/accumulator), all selections must win.
- Maximum payout is ৳50,00,000 per bet slip.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the scheduled time, all related bets will be void and stakes will be refunded. Individual sport-specific rules may still apply.
Live Betting
Odds change rapidly during live betting. If a bet is placed at the moment odds shift, it may be accepted at the new odds or voided. Bajiway's decision in such cases is final.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Bajiway offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued. General bonus terms are outlined below.
Welcome Bonus
- Applied automatically on your first deposit.
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
- A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus amount can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses expire if not used within 30 days of being credited.
General Bonus Terms
- Bets placed with bonus funds are deducted from the bonus balance, not from real money.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings will be credited to your real balance.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time; a new bonus cannot be activated while another is still in progress.
- Bajiway reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajiway. If detected, the account will be terminated, funds will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets on pre-determined outcomes or participating in match-fixing.
- Bots or Automation: Placing bets using automated software.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
- Hacking or manipulation: Attempting to damage or disrupt the platform's systems.
- False Information: Operating an account under a false identity or with incorrect information.
- Third-party payments: Transactions made from an account not registered in your own name.
Bajiway monitors all suspicious activity and reserves the right to report it to the relevant security authorities.

Account Closure — At User's Request
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your balance before closing. Any pending bonus conditions will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Account Closure — At Bajiway's Discretion
In cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, Bajiway may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice. Whether any remaining balance is refunded will be determined based on the circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated through the relevant licensing authority.
